INGREDIENTS
- 2 x Tomatoes
- 2 x Cucumbers
- 1 x Small Red Onion
- 1 x Avocado
- 7~10 x Pitted Black Olives
- 1/3 x Bunch Parsley
- 1/2 x Lemon
- 4 x Table Spoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 x Table Spoon Salt
- White Cheese, as you like
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the tomatoes and slice them to small cubes.
- Peel the cucumbers and slice them.
- Cut the onion and slice it thin.
- Slice the avocado.
- Cut the parsley.
- Stir in the lemon juice, salt and olive oil on top of the vegetables.
- Mix well.
- You can decorated with shredded white cheese and black olives.
