Delicious and refreshing salad to accompany any meal

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 x Tomatoes
  • 2 x Cucumbers
  • 1 x Small Red Onion
  • 1 x Avocado
  • 7~10 x Pitted Black Olives
  • 1/3 x Bunch Parsley
  • 1/2 x Lemon
  • 4 x Table Spoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 x Table Spoon Salt
  • White Cheese, as you like

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel the tomatoes and slice them to small cubes.
  2. Peel the cucumbers and slice them.
  3. Cut the onion and slice it thin.
  4. Slice the avocado.
  5. Cut the parsley.
  6. Stir in the lemon juice, salt and olive oil on top of the vegetables.
  7. Mix well.
  8. You can decorated with shredded white cheese and black olives.
Serve immediately.
