Mushroom Shimeji Brown


Brown shimeji mushrooms are the most popular
mushrooms in Japan. They grow in clusters, have long
stalks and small caps. The mushrooms are considered a
delicacy among many chefs worldwide. Buna-shimeji
have a similar taste to their albino version: a pleasant,
firm and slightly crunchy texture. Always cook buna
shimeji. Before cooking, trim off the inedible base of their
cluster, separate the stems and blanch shimeji in salted
water for 2 minutes. Then cool them down and proceed
with desired recipe. They are good with stir-fry, soup,
sauce, saute, pasta, omelet, and rice

We deliver to entire Dubai, wherever roads allow us to do so. With my small team, we do our best to deliver your orders timely. Our target is to deliver the orders on the same daye if they were placed before 2PM, however, we may sometimes able to deliver only on the next day.

Deliveries of AED 100 or above orders are free of charge. Unless there is a promotion, there will be a delivery fee of AED 10, only for orders below AED 100.

When our delivery driver starts driving towards your delivery location, you are going to receive an SMS, and, a hyperlink in it. You can click the link to monitor the remaining estimated time for delivery as well as the drivers live location.

  • Delivery days: Everyday except Fridays and Public Holidays.
  • Order Cut off time: 2PM. Orders placed before 2PM will be delivered on the same day.
  • Delivery Fee: Free of charge for orders of AED 100 or above. Otherwise AED 10 delivery charge will apply.
  • Delivery Hours: 8 AM to 10 PM however, early morning schedule is very tight at most of the cases. Expect from 11AM or onwards, not to be disappointed with us :)
